· Have at least $500,000 in investable assets
· Are saving for and approaching retirement 
· Are family oriented with complex estate planning needs 
· Received newly found wealth (retirement plan distribution, stock options, inheritance)
· Often have concentrated stock positions through their company
· Are concerned about taxes associated with estate and wealth transfer 
· Are often too busy to manage details/direction of their investments alone 


BUSINESSES/CORPORATIONS

· Have $5 million-plus annual revenues or high growth trends 
· Located in the Washington – Philadelphia – New York corridor 
· Have current relationships with CPAs, attorneys, and bankers 
· Have a retirement plan 
· Desire to increase profitability, grow revenues, or create an exit strategy 
· Keep organized business records and have good credit ratings
